Cape & Islands Tire

Had a wonderful experience here. I was in a bit of a pinch after I left work on the Wednesday before thanksgiving only to realize one of my back tires was completely flat. In a panic I called and asked if they could fix my tire. It was later in the afternoon but they told me they would squeeze me in before they closed and they ended up staying late to fix my tire. As an extra treat, while I waited, I got to play with two adorable French bulldogs. They turned what could have been a dreadful situation into an easy fix. 10/10 recommend. Thanks again for your help guys!

Bought 4 new tires at the Orleans location. Seemed fine until a month later when I took a longer highway trip off-Cape and the car was vibrating badly at 65 to 70 mph. Went back to get the tires rebalanced, but they were too busy to help me. Wound up going to another shop where they told me that all 4 tires were out of balance! They said it was most likely that they were never properly balanced. Went back to Cape & Islands to see what they would say and they yelled at me. Bunch of rude people. They won’t make appointments, don’t do alignment work, and apparently can’t balance a tire. Suggest going somewhere else for your tires.

I had a failed rope plug in my fairly new tire. The place I usually go to didn't have time for me so I called Cape & Island Tires. It's walk ins only for patching tires. I came in on a Monday morning, they took my info quickly, there were a few people in front of me, I took a call in the seats outside the office. There is seating inside, bathrooms, and maybe some simple coffee set up that I did not utilize. Within an hour I was out of there, and the tech also replaced a prior rope plug with a patch. He showed me the difference between a patch where they take the tire off and said it's longer lasting and the plugs which I'm used to after driving many construction sites and getting screws, nails in my tires. This will be my go to place. He even re-attached the spare to the bottom of my car. The place I went to in North Chatham last time just left spare in my trunk. It's not hard to re-attach, I'm just telling you that Cape & Islands Tire pays attention to details. And it was less expensive per patch than the plugs I was getting at Sav-On. Cape & Island Tire is now my go to!

We are so happy with the service we received from Cape & Islands Tire. We threw a belt in one of our bald tires on the drive to the Cape over the weekend and we walked in Monday morning asked for Goodyear Weather Ready tires which were ordered and came in the next day. They called us as soon as the tires arrived on Tuesday and we were able to go in afternoon for 4 brand new tires! Our vacation could have been ruined waiting around with no car, and because of the prompt and friendly service, we were on our way! The price was appropriate, my Brother-in-Law who works at a tire shop in NY said he couldn’t have given them to us for any less. Thank you Cape & Island!!

First they sold my daughter a tire and did not put the lug nuts on. She left the store with my grandchildren and had to stop when the tire became wobbly. Fluke? maybe, it's what my daughter thought. Now they sold her another tire and broke the tire pressure sensor and told her it wasn't their problem without even looking at the tire and told her she had to go to the dealer. She called the dealer and guess what! it's a tire problem! They dismiss her because she is young and a woman. I cannot express enough!!! If you are a woman alone do not go to this store!! They will treat you like garbage and dismiss you and send you away with unsafe tires
